Overall the house is large and spacious with a nice pool. Unfortunately, we were met with a mistrusting and difficult homeowner that was on edge because of previously poor renters that destroyed some property. We were also forced to change our daily plans to move cars off the property despite having 10 parking spots on the listing when reality the maximum cars allowed was 8, and that was not previously communicated in any form

Great property, poor communication

We rented the property to house visitors for my niece's graduation and hoping to host the post-graduation party. The owner initially ok'd the party, but then asked for a per person per night payment for everyone attending the party -- an extra charge of 1350. I offered to pay 500 and did not get a response to many messages for many weeks. I only got confirmation that our reservation was still on by calling VRBO and having them call the owner.

Incredible house

This house was amazing. Very clean. More then enough beds. Beautiful views. Lots to do with swimming pool, river outside and pool table and movie room inside. Had an incredible weekend with my family. Host super nice and always communicating to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely reccommend!
