A completely new 2500 sq. ft. Villa with 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 common rooms for rent. 7-day rental to include all luxury amenities. Unit includes full island kitchen; living room/dining area, 2 sofas (2 converts to 2 sofa beds to sleep) in the living room; balcony off of the living room and master bedroom. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Dawn Beach is one of the best beaches in St. Maarten, with stunning views of the beach, sands, and neighboring island, St. Barts. Wi-Fi is also available in the unit (no extra charge). Big Fish restaurant is right around the corner and you will enjoy the scenery. Rental must be from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Saturday.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
