The air b&b is really good. Clean, good services; they help you to carry your luggage’s up and down the stairs. You can also leave your luggage’s in the office before check in and after check out. You can use the kitchen: microwave, plates ect. You can travel with they local bus to the air b&b from philipsburg for 1-2 dollar. The taxi to Bobby marine was 8 -10 dollars for 1 person. The air b&b can organiz a taxi also.

If you have a room near the gas station you may hear loud cars driving past and cars playing music at 1am. No fault of July Aibnb.

This is my third time staying there and i must say it's an amazing experience. Daniel who was our receptionist is a friendly individual and had solutions for all our inquiries. The only thing i could say about the stay that i know isn't in their controll is the quiet time. There were guest in the corridor having loud conversations after hours. If a quiet time rule can be implemented that would be amazing. Nevertheless, my stay is always amazing when Daniel is around, great, professional and enthusiastic individual.

This property was excellent in terms of price, cleanliness, service, and local offerings. Several well stocked markets and great local bites within a short walking distance. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times including late at night. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The only thing to be mindful of for persons who cannot climb stairs is it does not have elevator access and has a few flights of stairs to get up to the property. Aside from that, this is perfect for someone who wants to be near locals, away but not too far from tourist spots and is looking for a simple, affordable yet lovely place to stay.

I recently stayed at July Apartments and had a really pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The option for a full kitchen in the lobby was a plus, which was perfect for preparing a few meals during my stay. The air conditioning worked great and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout. The location on Illidge Road is super convenient—close to grocery stores, and just a short drive from town and Bush Road with multiple restaurant options. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is lack of an installed elevator, the stairs are a lot to walk and being next to a conference center makes it hard to sleep if there are events. Which there were two on the nights I stayed there, once which kept me up until 2:30am. It would be nice if persons make the apartment owners aware of events so they can let guests know. Overall, I’d happily stay here again!
