Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, cozy living & dining area with 65" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with shaker cabinets, quartz counters and stainless appliances. The lower-level spectacular Penn State Room offers a one-of-a kind Beaver Stadium experience. Large sofa, chairs, desk, electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV and more, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer, Enjoy the screened-in side porch with rockers, and the backyard patio with Adirondack chairs, dining table and chairs and a BBQ grill. House has three AC split systems and central heat. Perfect for PSU graduation, move-in/move-out and parent weekends. Occasional football weekends when available.

This home is a sensational value! We loved it! Absolutely kid friendly and a dream to cook in. All of the household furnishings are of excellent quality. Mattresses are dreamy and the showers are each super. The walk in shower is great for seniors, and anyone with mobility challenges. The Penn State lower level is off the hook great. The screened porch breezeway is ideal for both sitting (comfy chairs) and supply triage out of the rain. It’s a really easy drive to campus and local attractions in a cute neighborhood. We feel very lucky to have found this charmer and the owners made everything seamless! Highly recommend. We Are!
