Great place to stay
Spacious, historic house in quiet area is a comfortable, fun place to stay. Large kitchen has all new appliances. Laundry room has large new washer & dryer. House is clean and well supplied. Great for individual or couple as well as for families or larger groups. Near small college campus and parks; beautiful area to walk around.

Spacious Home in Lower Merion
My family stayed at Rose Hill for 4 nights when we all met in Merion for a family event. The house worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was nicely equipped: plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking equipment. Also, the management company was very responsive to any issue which came up.
