We provide 1 complimentary parking space per reservation. The parking area is located on the 3rd floor of the garage building connected to the building. The locked garage is monitored by 24/7 by security and accessible via stairs only. The garage isn't regularly maintained so please be mindful there maybe areas of dampness especially after heavy rain or snow.

Please read our check in and parking guide carefully for detailed instructions after booking.

There is also SP+Parking, a paid parking garage ($25/day) across street at Lincoln Square as an alternative option or if you have more than one vehicle

***NOTE: The Apartment is on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms face the street so you may experience some street noise.

Kindly note a fob will be provided to access the garage and there is a $50 replacement fee for a lost keyfob.

This apartment can be accessed without the use of stairs from the ramp on Washington Street and directly to the elevator. This is important if you have mobility issues after a medical procedure.

The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.

For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.

The apartment is located 1 block away from the Ellsworth-Federal subway station for easy access to public transportation. Ubers and Lyft are plentiful and cost ~$10 per trip to Center City/major attractions.

The Apartment is not suitable for Infants (under 2): We would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay.

There is an ATM in the lobby and a 24-hour security desk.

Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.

We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.

***CLEANING PROCESS***

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe.

Our Cleaning crew has been trained in proper disinfection techniques following the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

They're following the cleaning checklist as follows, based from CDC:

- They wash their hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning.
-They wear protective gear while cleaning such as disposable gloves and mask.
- Laundry is both washed and dried at the highest setting.
-All frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) are disinfected.
- They carefully remove any visible dirt or grime, then use the appropriate cleaner and disinfectant for the material.
- A new set of linens and towels are prepared.
Hi. Please agree to the following rules.

I understand there is no smoking allowed in the apartment. There is a $200 fine if there is any smell or evidence of smoking including vaping, marijuana, tobacco, and water pipes.

I understand no pets are allowed.

I understand quiet time is 10 pm on the weekdays and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. No loud music after quiet hours.

I understand there is a $50 replacement fee for a lost keycard/keyfob.
