Excellent stay

Being from Philadelphia I am pretty well versed in the neighborhoods and this is an exceptionally sized for the area. The property was very clean, contained the essential necessities for an extended stay, and was comfortably furnished. The unit is a walk-up, but the staircase is well lit and not too steep, making for easy passage There is a busy street nearby, but there was not much noticeable noise

Not comfortable

Extremely uncomfortable from the beds to the chairs there was not a comfortable place in this property. We all left with backaches including the people in their 20s. The beds were very hard or very soft. But the furniture was the worst. The chairs were very cheap and the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. Was great to have a big tv but we couldn’t enjoy it because of the lack of comfort. The area was also very noisy. Will not stay here again

This place was AWESOME! Very modern, updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Within walking distance of most things as it is near the historic district. Just a heads up that there are a lot of stairs to get to the house but we'll worth it.

Beautiful Place, centrally located!

This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!

Convenient downtown stay

Place is nice and spacious in downtown area of Philadelphia. Short walk to independence hall and liberty bell. Super convenient to parking garage, Whole Foods and other places to eat. Place is well stocked with cooking stuff and bedding, towels all clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the roof deck and games for kids. Nice place overall.
