Perfect for the Fillmore

My wife and I loved everything about this comfortable little nook that was perfectly situated for stumbling back to after attending a performance at the Fillmore. Located within walking distance of several conveniences. Quiet for being in a big city. Ubers got us around well. Parking was a bit of a challenge but found a spot not too far away with free parking and was able to leave it there for the entire stay. Good host.

Short and Sweet Stay

Although it may be little small for some people, this one room place was among the cleanest and best kept we've seen on Vrbo. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the parking was surprisingly convenient. It's the perfect location to set up a home base during a short stay in the city, with a lot of great things to do and all in walking distance. Grateful to have had the chance to drop in!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway!

This rental was ideal for our one-night stay in Philadelphia. The space itself was clean and just the right size for me and my significant other. The location was fantastic - close to restaurants and the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Matthew was courteous and even sent helpful pictures to show us how to access the front door. This small touch made check-in a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Philadelphia. We hope to stay here again next time we're in town!

The place was clean, well kept and in a good part of the city where you can easily walk to some of the local sights. My stay was quiet, but the host provided ear plugs in case it was a noisy night in the city which I felt was a nice touch. It took me a minute to find parking and I had to park at a lot down on 2nd street. But that feels typical for Philly and isn’t a knock to the host. They provided accurate maps of the area for parking. All in all it was a good stay and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Philly.
