This is two apt one one first floor 2bed,11/2bath + 2bed,1bath upstairs with separate entrance. House is open concept no door on rooms. With front porch and back deck fence part for a pet,and a huge yard for kids. Tv ,ac and eletric heat in each room. 10 min from lost sea in sweetwater. Is a rural area,surrounded by nature,river,water falls lakes 10 min from historic loudon and 8 min from tellico village. Has your own private florest on the back!!!!

Beware

The property smelled like mildew and methane, it was dirty, bugs were crawling out of the plumbing, and the stairs to the upper level were cracked and unsafe. The host was difficult to communicate with and did not attempt to remedy the situation. VRBO was just as unhelpful, so please beware when booking.
