Urban oasis in the heart of Philly

The location can’t be better. Quiet residential st. steps from the hustle bustle of Rittenhouse square shops and restaurants. Modern and clean w. more space than you’d ever need. Stairs a must. Detailed information/instructions upfront regarding the check in/out processes and the house rules would have made the stay smoother.

There's no better spot in Philly.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more at this property. It's location is unrivaled and the privacy and street that it is located could not be better. The home was clean, well-resourced for the family (including children). The best part was the property manager, Adriana. She was beyond accommodating and there when we needed. She really wants you to have the best experience possible. I could not be more appreciative. Highly recommend as a home away from home in Philly.
