This is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood in Fairmount.
Bus stops are just around the corner for easy access to center city or you have the option of a 15 min walk.
The space:
Full kitchen with island and big fridge. Seasonings, cooking utensils, and dishes are available for use.
Bedroom is on the 3rd floor so there are a number of steps to climb, along with a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Additional bed is a Pullout sofa with memory foam in the basement along with a half bath.
The second floor is blocked off for personal use/space, but you will have the home all to yourself.
ROOFTOP:
Cozy up and enjoy some time around the firepit, soak in the sunset, and watch as the city lights start to sparkle.
Or watch the sunset from the other rooftop, while enjoying dinner.
