Great apartments!

These side by side apartments are stylishly furnished and comfortable. We found them to be quiet as well. Many restaurants are nearby and easily walkable. Public transportation is also readily accessible; we used bus, subway and regional rail. We arrived in Philadelphia via Amtrak and used public transportation to get to and from the apartments. The host was an incredible communicator. We knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. Great experience!

Action packed trip

We had a great stay at this property. We encountered one problem with a damaged window shade and they were amazingly prompt about coming by and fixing it! It was fun having both apartments. Very spacious! Bathrooms are on both levels which is handy! Kitchens are very well equipped! Lots of steps but my 88 year old mom nailed it!

Spacious and fun!

We had a great time staying in the city at this apartment! We loved being so close to the historical section of town and we even took in a Flyers game 10minutes away!We are not used to big city life, so the noise and the parking chaos was new to us, but it was all part of the adventure! Budget for the parking garage across the street- it was well worth it and makes life easier! One thing I will say for your planning purposes: the rental is two separate apartments as mentioned,but note that there are two bedrooms (one king and one queen) in each apartment. We had kids with us and ended up with one in each apartment (one with mom and dad and one with grandparents) - it wasn't a huge deal for us as our kids are 11 and 12, but if you have smaller kids you might just want to consider that in your arrangements.The host was lovely, communicated instantly, and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't available as far has housewares and linens were concerned.We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect- Depending On Your Party

These apartments were so beautiful, tastefully decorated, super clean, and in a great location. The owner was available on call, left curated local treats (a lovely surprise!), and was very friendly. The location was close to downtown, but not walkable to downtown, which was fine with us. Passyunk Ave was 1 block away and very, very funky/cute. Overall, this is a 5 star property. The set-up, however, is two 2 bedroom apartments, separated by a hallway (that is private) with locks. It was listed as a 4 bedroom apartment with an in-law suite which is inaccurate. We have small children and were hoping to treat them to their own rooms for this trip. However, their rooms were a very good distance from the adults, in another apartment, so the adults had to split up each night to sleep with the kids. It also listed 1 parking spot which was a huge draw for us since we know how difficult parking is in the city. There are no actual private spots, it's on-street parking so you have to move the car every 2-3 hours if you can find a space. This was hugely inconvenient, but I was told that you can buy a permit from the city prior. I would have done that, but again, the listing said there was a 1 parking spot available. Lastly, if you are handicapped or have trouble with stairs, this is absolutely not the apartment for you. The stairs pictured are the stairs for both apartments- circular, open, artsy. These were no problem for us, but I imagine they would be for some others.

We booked both units and had plenty of room for everyone-great Philly vibe.easy walk or uber to all the locations we needed to get to-yummy food options nearby! Host was very responsive to our messages-highly recommend!

Fantastic space in a great location!

Philly marathon weekend

We had a great weekend in Philly and this place was perfect for our group. We had numerous runners participating in the Philly marathon weekend events and the location was convenient for getting to where we needed to be. The units bright, clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Excellent stay and place in a great location

We had a great time staying here at this place. Everything was laid out clearly and the entire process was seamless. The hosts did a great job ensuring we had what we needed and knew what to expect. Area is near transit and many amenities making it easy to get around and experience Philly. Good communication from hosts. Highly recommend.

Philly vibes

My family and i enjoyed this 2 apartment style rental. It is very much in an area where you can experience the philly culture. Difficult to get large baggage up the spiral staircases but they were very unique. We felt safe in this area. Parking is confusing. We received a few parking tickets. Every street has different parking issues so watch carefully. Overall was a clean place and a lot of neat shops and restaurants to walk to. It is also close to the airport and the sports complexes. signs.
