The unit did what it needed to do - I flew in for a work event. I had to reach out for check in instructions and that caused a little bit of anxiety initially. Then there was an additional $70 non refundable charge that wasn’t excepted. This charge was outside of the Expedia reservation and was required to receive the check in information. I did not walk the area but my uber confirmed it was a really nice area
