"There's a parking fee, which is annoying enough in an actual city but extremely annoying in Phenix City, AL. The room was clean, a lot of the grout looked gross, the A/C could use an update. The walls were extremely thin and we could hear the neighbors deep in conversation way into the wee hours of the morning. The pool was great and the location is good, although for only a few bucks more it might be worth staying on the other side of the river."
