The room was comfortable but very tight. There was 2 large beds in the room, one would have been sufficient. More space in the room would have been better. The best part of staying here is their breakfast, great selection, attentive staff and pick up from hotel lobby. The breakfast is until 10am which is great for me and my husband. The beach is nice great for jogging in the morning, although you have to take the stairs down from the hotel.

I stay in fanari sea front Really it's a very good hotel stuff is very friendly the room is very wide furnisher with a lot of things there is umbrella in room for raining near local market and near a lot of restaurant the breakfast is very good it has a lot of variety.

We just looking for hotel around khao lak but I sew this hotel look vary nice from booking.com and not expensive one.I booking online this hotel and come to check in. We have car but no parking area. Staff vary nice there told us can park at front of street near reception no problem : ) we stay at Fanari front zone so we have breakfast at another side (hotel have 2 side ) so we have staff bring us with local bus to get breakfast in the morning and wating to bring back.Breakfast was very nice. Our hotel near the beach and big swimming pool.Good service. Staff vary friendly and helpful. I love it :)

My family stayed in Fanari Seafront Zone the day after Christmas 2016 until the day before New Year. We were given the room close to the pool but is not seafront so be careful when asking for rooms since we booked a family room and that one is not seafront but is rather seaview. Disregarding the mishap that happened during check in, we had a relaxing stay here. The management even sent an apology fruit basket. Basic necessities are taken care of by the staff. Klang in particular is amazing and is very helpful, the housekeeping staff made sure that our coffee, water bottles, and towels are replenished abundantly. Breakfast is good, too. Not a lot of choices but everything is tasty and delicious. The decor looks tired, so it's a good thing the staff kept our room clean. We stayed here as a family, total of 7 pax, and not once did we have to fight for space or towels because the room, is spacious enough for us. They also have a service that can take us to other hotels or the main road if we want to go for sightseeing or shopping. All in all, a good and relaxing stay for me and my family. Not luxury, but is a very good deal for money.

Stayed at Fanari for just one night due to some schedule changes. Hotel was fine for a short stay and the price. Nice pool, but didn't try the beach club, just walked by. Our room was good sized and average overall with a single bed and queen bed, though the villas at the beach club area looked interesting. Breakfast was good and the location is close to everything in the Bang Niang Beach area.

This is the second time here, the rooms need a update the bathrooms are old and dark, but plenty of hot water, The bed is very hard and the rooms are dark and dismal, the cleaning could be better anything above eye level was not cleaned, the bedding and towels were clean but very old and worn, On the plus side the staff are lovely and helpful, and breakfast was good and plentiful.

There are two fanari hotels. We were in the country yard one, which was a disaster. We had the bungalow 413, and across the street was a bar. They played every night so loud music, that it felt the are playing in your bungalow. The music did not stop before 1 a.m. Horrible! The stuff is incompetent!!!! When we asked for another room, they just told us to enjoy the city longer, so that we don't have to listen to the music so long. I never heard such a crap! The bungalow itself is also misconstrued, because the moisture if the bathroom can not escape. They neither have a window to open nor a deaerator. Due to that the room smelled moldy. We can't recommend the hotel at all. Furthermore the part of khao lak is not nice. We recommend to go to white sand beach. Nicer beach and nature.

Not a luxury resort but a good place to have a rest. Cozy and kind staff, room is clean and pool as well. Food is not perfect yummy, but you can have your own delicious choices near the resort. Sure you will know that all the restaurants are located here and there closely.

We stayed at Fanari for 5 nights and were very pleased with the quality of the room and of the pool area. The stay was relaxing and pleasurable. The location is a bit away from everything, so plan to spend some each day for transport to the rest of the town. The beach is about 1/4 mile walk away, so that's close enough to walk to easily. The restaurant in the facility is nothing special but certainly adequate for basic meals.

If you are looking for a better priced alternative to Casa de la Flora (still a beautiful hotel) on exactly the same location, you might consider Fanari Seafront. This hotel is situated just next door and operates very nice, big and airy rooms on a small scale (about a 20 rooms). Spacious rooms around a central swimming pool. We stayed in low season, were the only guests (First room as the Thai staff called us) and took our breakfast in Fanari Courtyard a few 100 meters away. Staff was Thai, a small language barrier but manageable. You do not have the design features as the neighbour provides but you can always have a look over there or join for dinner.Personally and travelling long time now, we didn't think the price difference was worth going there.
