This hotel is lovely. We spent 2 weeks travelling through Cambodia then Vietnam, finishing with 5 nights at this resort, and celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary while there. We were in a beachfront bungalow which was Devine. The bungalows are lovely, a reasonable size with a glorious outdoor shower area. Service overall was pretty good. I would recommend the resort do organise the teaching of basic English to more staff though, as it was very hard to communicate at times. The food at the restaurant was delish, maybe a bit over priced though. And I highly recommend the resort add glasses of Champange to their drinks menu. On our anniversary we had a glorious set-menu meal down by the beach. We would have loved to celebrate with a glass of champas, but didn’t want to pay the exorbitant price for a bottle. We did mention this suggestion to the food and beverage manager. I’d also like to point out that your food and beverage employee, Hong, is an amazing young lady and she made our stay very special. She was kind, friendly, willing to help with whatever we needed and extremely professional. She always had a lovely big smile and a very positive attitude. The infinity pool is HUGE and just gorgeous and we spent time every morning up there. A taxi into Mui Ne will cost $3AU and there are taxis that sit in the car park so there is no waiting. I highly recommend this resort, and it was sad to leave!
The first name resort we chose to relax is Victoria Phan Thiết resort and spa. We really liked to stay there and enjoyed my trip. We stayed at beach front bungalow and this month we stayed garden bungalow... Sound quite place, peaceful... The staffs are friendly. We will back more time
My husband and I spent three nights here at the start of April, after apartment hunting in Ho Chi Minh City. It was the perfect place to rest up, contemplate, and validate our life choice to move to Viet Nam. It is a larger hotel than we normally chose to stay in but, it came highly recommended and we now understand why. The hotel was at 91% occupancy yet we felt as if we were one of 5 other people staying here. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and amazing. The Chef makes a point of providing Asiana and Western food options and rotates the menus. The spa was set on the beach front in a verity of private bungalows. Once we move we will be going back.
If I had to live in a hotel it would be this one. I absolutely loved it! Visually it is so pretty with palm trees and pink flowers everywhere. We had a beach front bungalow with an outside bathroom and it was stunning. The food is out of this world, definitely try the bbq. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and really made our stay, especially Hau who is a real asset to the team and also Victor. The only negative thing I have to say is the restaurant manager (French lady) was really rude to the staff and this wasn't nice to see as they were so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!
We stayed here for only 4 nights (sadly). It is about 1.5 km from main Bars and shops ( which is good) costs peanuts in a taxi if you want to eat etc in ‘the town’ The bungalow rooms are great, spacious and have great views, air con and super outside shower ( it is enclosed an private!) and there is a bathroom indoors if you prefer. Hotel gardens and pools are immaculate Waiting staff are particularly lovely and super helpful and efficient. All beach staff and reception also very helpful This is a great place to relax if you are seeking a quiet chill after a hectic vietnam tour Recommended
Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Food was of gourmet standard at reasonable prices. The setting which was beach front was terrific. A little slice of paradise. A decent selection of drinks included in happy hour. All in all outstanding.
We booked 5 nights here at the end of a Vietnam tour, it was just what we wanted, total relaxation in comfort, We had a beach front bungalow and it was cool airy and very relaxing. The staff are amazing and helpful, the chef creates any choice of food from Vietnamese to European and will only 57 bungalows in a massive garden area with two lovely swimming pools plus a sandy beach it feels very private. I can wholeheartedly recommend. :)
The resort is actually in between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, a good 4 hour drive from Saigon. Part of the route is a modern highway, but there are other parts that go through villages. Once you arrive at the resort you feel to be in paradise. It occupies a large piece of land along the beach, with beachfront and garden bungalows comfortably scattered. The bungalows are very nice with a spacious room, bathroom, terrace with sunbeds and even an outdoor shower. The garden is full of plants and flowers, and everything is well kept, very clean. There are more outdoor swimming pools - the larger one called Infinity is waveless and goes virtually up to the sea. Pool for kids are next to the big ones. Staff is supernice, they really find out what you want before you ask for something. For kids there is a large playing area with personnel all day. Big part of the pleasure comes from the kitchen: Mr. Hoang and his team offer haute cuisine with local flavor. We tried most of the dishes during our stay (we were a family of 7) and everything was delightful. The beach is nice although rocky at certain places. Big value for us was that you see real fishermen's boats and find local shells - it is hard to find elsewhere!
If you are looking for peace, quiet, beauty and a thoroughly authentic break from the pace of Saigon this is your place! The hotel arranged a driver for the three hour trip. The driver provided cookies, water and fruit. There was WiFi in the car. At the hotel they provide beach towels, flip flops and a rattan beach bag. All you need is a bathing suit. I’ve stayed at the Victoria Hoi An and this is very similar. The emphasis is on the natural environment. The beach is large, private and beautiful. The landscaping is amazing. There are two pools: equally beautiful. The dining room overlooks the ocean. It is cooled by the natural breezes on three sides and ceiling fans. These resorts are old school and that is what makes them to special. That said WiFi is available consistently all around the resort property. The food is excellent. Plenty of western options in addition to the local food. There is a seafood bbq option for dinner. Last night we had grilled clams, scallops, lobster and squid with a choice of sides for the same price as a Kobe beef burger at our hotel in Saigon This property is highly staffed. You only have to look up and there is a smiling face willing to help. This place works well for couples as well as families. I look forward to returning.
The hotel is very welcoming, rooms are spacious and very clean and there staff can’t do enough for you. The restaurant has much to offer at reasonable prices. We will be going back as soon as possible . The hotel has two pools and a jacuzzi and massages are available for those who want them.
