This is my first review and for a very good reason, I have travelled extensively and this resort gave me a very poor experience. There is no value for money and this resort should be avoided at all cost. The place has not seen any maintenance since construction, showers are leaking, doors are not operational, walls have water damage, we had a hard time getting our laundry back (and it was late) and there are mosquitoes in the rooms. The pool looks terrible, breakfast is terrible the list goes on. The wifi seems to have been sensored. We ended up leaving early as the place is depressing.

Room was OK... Breakfast was OK. Beach in front og hotel is very nice. But the restaurant staff is useless. The say nothing, and they don' t smile at All. The food is expensive. The er around the hotel need maintanance. Many dogs running around. And they were burning garbage near the pool and the restaurant many a Day. Really disgusting. On the third Day the pool was All green and NOT clean. We Will not come back.

We stayed for several nights and kitesurfed nearby. Resort staff were awesome and helped us to rent a motorbike and book train tickets. Breakfast was great in the beautiful garden restaurant every morning.

Booked a 2 brs for 4 days and arrived quite early (6am) and need to wait until 10am and were assigned temporary room. The so-called resort is old and need lots of maintenances. Bath room spacious but in bad conditions (requested for repairing drainage but no one care). Amazingly this resort closed at 22:30. Breakfast end at 9am, very limited and basic offer, food so so. Staff is friendly but lazy and dishonest (told us bike rental VND100,000/day but then immediately change to VND170,000). Beach is nice Not likely to come back.

One of the few really functioning in Ninh Chu beach! Its affordable and right on the beach. Breakfast can be further improved and the superior room type is actually worth standard type. Its quite small and cannot get an extra bed if you have a kid. So consider another type of room!

I will write in English so that most people can read it. Myself, my GF and her friend is visiting this hotel and we had overall bad experience. Our rooms are OK. Not too bad even though we found few marks on our sheets (bed). There is a waterpool as well. And it's seem very dirty considering the water is not as clear as other pools. And the restaurant is the worst of it all. It's quite expensive and you get very little food on some certain selections. And most of the people who work there is really slow and don't pay attention to us at all. They give us wrong food, forget giving us the drinks. And we did not have one successful meal. It's funny cause they understand us! My GF is Vietnamese and speak it very well.

Immaculate rooms and located on a very quiet beach. This is the place where you can escape from everything. The hotel rooms are a goid size, bed is bigand very comfortable, and the rooms are cleaned daily to the highest standard that we have ever encountered. There is a good choice for breakfast and lunch, we had our evening meals in a "local restaurant" nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool, though we spent all of our time in the sun loungers that were by the (empty) beach.

We stayed here while visiting family in a near by village and found it to be a very nice hotel. There are about a dozen small buildings with stone pathways lined with beautiful flowers and coconut trees. They staff speaks some english and they do well to communicate. We had the two bedroom room facing the ocean and I fell asleep listening to the waves break every night from my room. The view is breathtaking. The room itself was nice, extremely clean, and comfortable. The cleaning staff was prompt and thorough. We ate breakfast each morning at the hotel and found it delightful. We ordered off their small menu which had breakfast selections from many cultures (rice, soups, eggs, breads, fruits, coffee, etc.). The cook was very accommodating for our two small children who requested eggs to be cooked differently than was offered on the menu and my husband who wanted pho every morning. Don't miss the sunrise. Its absolutely beautiful coming in over the bay next to the mountains with the fishing boats on the horizon. There are several wooden swings to that make for a great place to sit and watch the beaches in the early morning. When we arrived the pool was closed, but opened just a few days before we left. The pool looked newly surfaced, but the water was cloudy so we asked if it was chlorinated, but we were told that when it gets dirty they drain & refill it. I'm not sure if this was accurate, or possibly something was lost in translation. The beach is extremely clean for Vietanam, but there is still some rubbish on the sand which is cleaned by the hotel staff daily. I believe it gets washed in with the tide. Overall if you're looking for a quite hotel stay where you can relax, enjoy the beaches, and get a lot of local flavor I'd recommend this hotel.

We are very happy with this hotel. Rooms are very clean - the staff are thorough with cleaning. Staff are really nice and very friendly to our baby. It was past 12nn when we want to check out but our baby was still sleeping so they said they will wait until the baby wakes up. The food in the restaurant is really good and ungredients are very fresh. I had a chance to check their restaurant kitchen and I saw that it's very clean. A clean kitchen for me is an indication of clean food. This hotel also provides good value free breakfast - during weekdays and big weekend buffet breakfast.

We spent a couple of nights here recently and had a very nice time. Sadly the resort was pretty empty which didn't create a great vibe. However, the setting was very idyllic, right on the beach with good shade if needed. Pool was pleasant but not a huge number of loungers so if the resort was full, you'd struggle to find one. The food at the restaurant was good, but the service was pretty slowly although friendly. Again, not sure what it'd be like if busy. The room cleaning service was exemplary.
