The apartment was a bit run down, old and unused with garbage bags, no toilet paper, no washcloths on the floor, no dishwashing liquid. Not to mention the dust. The block was under repair, only cables everywhere. I was there in mid-August. However, the sheets and towels were really clean.

Würden wir nicht wieder buchen

Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Dreckiges Geschirr und benutze Pfannen in den Schränken, Haare auf der Couch und darunter Müll und Zigaretten von einem Vormieter. Überall Spinnweben und sogar Schuhabrücke an der Zimmerdecke. Veralteter Herd und einbrannter Dreck auf den Backblechen und im Ofen, schummrige Küchenbeleuchtung und der einzige Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist auf Sperrmüllniveau. Nach wenigen Tagen klemmte das Türschloss der Wohnungstür so sehr, dass wir uns fast aus- bzw. eingesperrt hätten und nur mit absolutem Kraftaufwand das Schloss öffnen konnten. Ein Wunder, dass der Schlüssel das ausgehalten hatte. Also die Tür nur zugezogen und eine Dose WD40 besorgt. Den Riegel mehrmals gut damit eingesprüht und das Schloss dadurch wieder schließbar bekommen. Eigentlich ist sowas Sache des Vermieters. Wo diese Wohnung liebevoll renoviert wurde erschließt sich nicht. Der winzige Balkon ist durch die vielen Tauben auf dem Haus nicht nutzbar und voller Federn und Taubendreck. Vorhänge würden der Wohnung guttun und die defekte Jalousie im Wohnzimmer gut ersetzen. Neue Möbel, Küchenschränke, Herd, Fernseher usw. wären ebenfalls angebracht. Ein vergammelter Duschvorhang tut ein Übriges zu dieser Bewertung… Wenn man die Wohnung beim Einzug erst noch putzen muss, fragt man sich wofür man Geld für die Reinigung bezahlt…
