This charming apartment crossing T2 renovated end of April 2019 is located in a small secure building in a quiet dead end 50 m from the pedestrian historic center of Pezenas, cafes, restaurants, shops and near free parking.
It is ideal for a couple alone, or with a child.

This apartment has;

-a beautiful sunny living room with high ceiling, sofa bed 2 places, table and chairs, LED TV with satellite channels + DVD player (good selection of DVDs and books.)Free high-speed Wi-Fi 20MB.

voisins du premier très bruyant en pleine nuit

l'appartement très bien sauf un peu de bruit avec les voisins du 1ere etage claquement des portes et voix fortes dans l'escalier les trois dernieres nuit à 2 h du matin sinon si il n'y avait pas eu ces voisins bruyants l'environnement est très calme dans l'ensemble

Difficultés d'accès à l'appartement

Sur l'annonce, il n'était pas précisé que cet appartement était au 3ème étage avec un escalier à vis très étroit aux marches irrégulières et hautes. Difficulté pour monter. impossible d'accéder au pied de l'immeuble en voiture, le samedi,jour de marché jusqu'à 17h. Nous avons suggéré quelques améliorations au propriétaire pour faciliter le séjour: vrai éclairage dans les toilettes, ménage à vérifier, crochets pour suspendre serviettes dans la salle d'eau et torchons dans la cuisine,... Excellent emplacement, calme, pour la visite de la ville et de ses nombreux artisans et commerçants très sympathiques. Richesses culturelles et sites intéressants dans les environs.
