Beautiful historical apartment

Well appointed apartment in the historic part of Pézenas. The vast kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. Nicely remodeled, including both bathrooms. Big, quiet backyard to enjoy your evening. Need to know: - Apartment makes a “U” with both primary bedrooms at each ends of the U connecting through the loggia. - Both primary bedrooms are main entrances to the apartment. - Toilet for one of the bathrooms is off a common area. - No a/c. Although not an issue for us in 100f/38c temperature, it’s to be noted. Opening window in the evening works well. We will definitely stay again there when in the area.

This most elegant and beautiful apartment combines the charm of an ancient building with the luxury of a thoroughly modern interior renovation. It's actually nicer and bigger than the photos would suggest, taking up the whole first floor surrounding a central courtyard with a wonderful large balcony in the rear overlooking another walled courtyard/garden space. The apartment is most comfortable, very well appointed with everything you might want and decorated with many interesting pieces. Communication was excellent and check in perfectly smooth. The location is also very good with multiple restaurants and shops all around including a small supermarket just across the street. The building is on the doorstep of the old town which is most picturesque with its many winding cobble stone streets, perfect for meandering strolls. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the property.

Il s'agit bien du célèbre l'Hôtel d'Alfonce (parfois orthographié "Alfonse") dont des parties sont classées. L'extérieur est superbe, l'intérieur bien aménagé. Seul problème: la chambre donne directement sur la cage d'escalier qui est parfois bruyante le matin.

Superbe appartement. Grands espaces et bel aménagement. On est en centre ville, près des commerces et des restaurants. Mais au calme dans la maison. Très bon séjour.
