Excelente pousada. Local lindo e agradĆ”vel.Quarto confortĆ”vel. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ excelente. FuncionĆ”rios atenciosos. Internet boa. Estacionamento grĆ”tis. Localizada a 3km do centro histĆ³rico. Tem uma cozinha coletiva muito bem equipada. ƚnico detalhe Ć© o barulho da rua Ć  noite. PorĆ©m, no chalĆ© em que ficamos, o barulho era mascarado pelo condicionador de ar. Recomendo e ficaria de novo.

Worst Hotel experience ever

Worst hotel experience in my life. Had a reservation for one night as I was getting married in Petropolis and wanted to get ready at this Hotel. Reservation and payment done with over 3 months in advance and for my surprise, when I arrive at the hotel to checkin, that was no room available. After over half hour of discussion from the parking lot (No, they did not allow me into the hotel to solve my problem) they called the manager and 1 hour later I was brought to a "house", in downtown, without any parking for my car. I was given a room that was small than the bathroom that I had payed for. At no time the manager or the hotel owner tried to make up for the missunderstanding and as I did not feel safe at the house and that was no parking for my car I ended up sleeping elsewhere. I was only able to get into my room at noon on the day of my wedding (after almost begging for a room as the manager did not want to move me back to the hotel). My conclusion is that mistakes happens, but at no time the manager or the owner have tried to make up for their huge mistake. And guess what... No refunds issued to me! Going to sue these people.

A pousada Ć© muito linda, o pessoal da recepĆ§Ć£o Ć© muito eficiente e gentil, a proprietĆ”ria (D. Regina) especialmente simpĆ”tica e preocupada nos menores detalhes, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© espetacular, mas temos alguns pontos Ć  melhorar: a) Como estĆ”vamos em viagem de 39 luas de mel, escolhemos a suite master, que na minha avaliaĆ§Ć£o foi cara, esperando encontrar algum diferencial maior, como uma cafeteira, frigobar com alguma opƧƵes de bebidas e alguns snacks, mas sĆ³ havia Ć”gua b) a suite master que ficamos Ć© fora do corpo do hotel e exige um longo percurso de subidas de escada, o que jĆ” incomoda um pouco aos 70 anos. c) A partir das 20 horas, o hotel fecha e nĆ£o oferece nenhum tipo de alimentaĆ§Ć£o, nem mesmo alternativa, tendo recebido um controle remoto para abrir o portĆ£o e sair em busca de alimentaĆ§Ć£o. Descrevo esses pontos como uma sugestĆ£o de melhoria, pois o lugar Ć© muito lindo. Ainda existe uma taxa "opcional" de 10% a ser paga no checkout. Sugiro incluĆ­-la no preƧo, Ć” que o hĆ³spede se sente um tanto obrigado a fazer o pagamento.

A pousada tem conforto no quarto mas carece de serviƧos e infraestrutura. E uma antiga construĆ§Ć£o com problemas estruturais e precisa de renovaĆ§Ć£o. EstĆ”vamos em um grupo onde aconteceram problemas nos quartos A piscina nĆ£o tem aquecimento e nĆ£o hĆ” sauna, o que limita muito o lazer do hĆ³spede.
