Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is good but even on weekends closes at 10:00AM. Staff mostly speaks Portuguese only but are very helpful. Toilet amenities are barely basic. Few slivers of soap bars is just pathetic. Tiny Shampoo/Conditioner mix. No facial tissues anywhere in the room. The room entrance door floor latching mechanism is an accident waiting to happen that can break your toe. Area of the hotel is safe and clean. 10-15 minutes walk that is very safe to tons of nice restaurants and cafe’s. The restaurant inside the resort has excellent quality, and super delicious food, one should not miss it.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo e com bom chuveiro, boa cama, boa roupa de cama. Achei o café da manhã simples e achei um absurdo cobrar por uma tapioca e omelete. Nunca fui cobrado por isso. Achei errado não tem um restaurante. Pedi um refrigerante no café da manhã e simplesmente não tinha. Fraco esse serviço !

Nossa viagem foi maravilhosa, aproveitamos muito bem tudo que nos fora oferecido, porém gostaria de chamar a atenção para alguns pontos, na nossa suíte, acredito que o tamanho das TVs poderiam ser maiores e mais modernas, principalmente a da sala, com um sistema que ajudasse a melhorar a qualida de recepção do sinal, na sala o sofá está precisando de uma limpeza urgente, pois mesmo com o uso da manta, não esconde o assento do sofá que está bem castigado e por último acho q o jogo de tapetes utilizado na suíte, também merecia uma atenção urgente, no âmbito da limpeza... nada disso atrapalhou nossa estadia, é apenas uma observação, achei os móveis extraordinário a localização da suíte perfeita.

A funcionária Marion, da recepção, foi muito gentil, simpática e prestativa. A roupa de cama era ótima. Suíte ampla e confortável. Bom café da manhã. Problemas: o box do banheiro estava vazando; os estofados da suite (sofá, puff, cadeiras e poltronas) necessitam urgente de uma lavagem. As 2 televisões são antigas e com as cores bem desbotadas.

piscina em manutenção devia gerar desconto; não tem spa; no máximo tem que agendar profissional para atendimento terapêutico; não tem restaurante nem recomendam aonde ir de segunda a quinta quando não funcionam os restaurantes do condominio; transtorno para encontrar por onde entrar, existem três entradas da Granja Brasil, duas só para moradores, o hotel não orienta como chegar.
