Serviço deixou muito a desejar. Elevador quebrado durante todo o período de hospedagem. Precisamos subir 4 andares de escada A equipe do hotel não faz check-list nos apartamentos antes do check-in. Me hospedei com minha família e relato os problemas que tivemos: . Não havia toalha de banho no quarto . Sabonete usado no box . Nos entregaram a chave do quarto, porém não havia controle remoto da TV. Foi necessário buscar em outro local. . Travesseiros ruins . Deveria ter copos para uso no quarto. Como existe o frigobar, é necessário disponibilizar copos nos apartamentos. . Sucos do café da manhã muito ruins . No café da manhã, ter opções de omeletes e tapioca é muito bom, porém o serviço muito demorado. Desisti se esperar pela tapioca que solicitei.

Foi boa , hotel montanha esteve fechado devido a pandemia, percebe seq ainda passa´por melhorias , é um hotel com mts qts, tem 4 andares com elevador, ficamos no qt 311 é mt proximo do elevador , tem barulho de quem sobe e desce, é escuro sem iluminação solar, e lampada mt fraca , sem vista , sem varanda , sem mesa para computador , sem espelho de corpo inteiro , espelho somente no banheiro, este sem box, molhava td, mas com ducha higienica, boa agua no chuveiro.O salão de café é no primeiro andar , então faz barulho para as acomodações , tem piscina boa, jacuzzi boa , totó, mesa de ping pong, quadra de volei , mini campo de futebol , várias salas para leitura , bela vista para montanha da parte externa .Tem barulho da estrada se houver mt tráfego pq é localizado na beira da pista.Boas cobertas , toalhas , sbonete , excelente higiene, piso de porcelanato...academia (aparelhos com defeito) .Bom café da manhã farto e variado.Avalio bom custo benefício

Final de semana no Hotel da montanha

Hotel da montanha Pontos positivos: Os funcionários do hotel eram muito atenciosos e o café da manhã é bom! O hotel possui quadra de volei, futebol e piscina. Utilizamos apenas a piscina mesmo que estivesse frio. Pontos negativos: - A cama de casal do nosso quarto estava com um trecho afundado. Nos foi oferecido outro quarto, mas tinha muito cheiro de umidade e optamos por não trocar; - O quarto não tem interfone para falar com a recepção. Então você precisa ir até a recepção toda vez que precisar. - A TV tem apenas canais abertos; - O elevador não estava funcionando, então precisamos subir as malas por escada; - No banheiro, a torneira tem apenas água fria. No dia que fomos estava muito frio. - No café da manhã, outros hóspedes estavam circulando e se servindo sem máscara e sem luva. Não havia ninguém para orientar sobre as medidas preventivas relacionadas ao COVID ou que solicitasse o uso da máscara.

HOTEL MAL OPERADO

A pior estadia com endosso de Hotels. com ao classificar o hotel de "muito bom". Não se dormiu com tanto pernilongo. Matamos mais de 60! Além disso: TV não funcionou e empregado disse ser pane naquela ala; não tem luz de cabeceira, não tem tapetes de cama, não tem espelho no quarto, o fone não funciona, produtos de banho são 2 sabonetes de baixa qualidade, não tem elevador do estacionamento. Ao redor das 22:00h, diante das reclamações o funcionário disse haver conseguido outro quarto, porém já era tarde demais para nossa mudança. A invasão de mosquitos foi verificada no dia 24/09/20 em varias áreas do hotel e refletem o descuido operacional da unidade, cujo proprietário ou alguém com autoridade foi encontrado para esta reclamação. Há bromélias gigantes ao longo das sacadas e jardins internos (mal cuidados), seguramente um excelente criadouro desses insetos. A permanecer esse quadro, tal hotel não pode permanecer como sendo 3 estrelas e tampouco cobrar R$ 199,50 de diária após os descontos.

As fotos que o site apresenta no tocante ao (CAFÉ DA MANHÃ), não correspondem a atual realidade do Hotel da Montanha, visto que as fotos apresentadas demonstram o que hoje não é a realidade, não correspondendo a expectativa apresentada, frustrando o hóspede. Lamentável.
