Casa Serrana, our house in Itaipava, Petrópolis, was built in the form of a chalet and decorated with a lot of charm, exploring all the atmosphere of a mountain house, cozy and with style. With 2 suites and 2 bedrooms integrated with a bathroom, all with hot and cold A/C, it is perfect for families. The heated pool and deck overlooking nature and mountains and the complete gourmet area and games room make days even more pleasant, allowing you to enjoy every moment in any weather in all seasons.

Casa Serrana is located in the Vale da Lua condominium, a quiet area in the most charming neighborhood of Petrópolis, just 3 km from the gastronomic and commercial center of Itaipava. And just 1 km away there is a complete commerce, bakery, delicatessen, meat house and everything else.

The house is complete: heated pool*, games room, gourmet area integrated into the living room with barbecue and wood oven, suites with hot and cold air conditioning, hot water and lots of charm, in a typical mountain chalet.

The main house has a suite with Smart TV, with hydro that is on the ground floor and on the upper floor 2 Canadian suites with double beds, one of them with TV. There is also an external suite (the only one with electric shower), complete with Smart TV, Minibar and with direct access to the pool deck. The living room has a fireplace and is very cozy to enjoy the cool mountain nights. The living room is integrated to the charming gourmet space, complete with barbecue and stove and wood oven. To complete the fun in any weather, we have a games room with pool, card table and fireplace, right in front of the pool. There is a covered garage for 2 vehicles and space for others in the courtyard.

The high speed internet and free wi-fi allow you to enjoy leisure time and also work and/or study enjoying the mountain climate. And for those who love trekking and mountain biking, we are literally steps away from the entrances to the famous Pinheirinho de Itaipava, a place with countless trails and beautiful views, a true natural amusement park. One of the best waterfalls in the area is also easily accessible from the house.

To ensure the greatest safety, we follow cleaning and hygiene protocols recommended by Organs competent bodies, with appropriate products, in addition to leaving a minimum interval of 2 days between one reservation and another.

Vale da Lua is just 3 km from the center of Itaipava, in the direction of those going to Teresópolis and Vale do Cuiabá. In addition to being with easy access to everything Itaipava offers, in the surroundings of the house there are some charming restaurants, delicatessens and more. The famous Pinheirinho de Itaipava sunset point is right next door, a place with numerous trails to do on foot or by mountain bike to enjoy beautiful views. One of the best waterfalls in the region, Cachoeira da Macumba is also easily accessible from the house.
