Completely renovated in 2014, this house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is in a closed gallery, with bathroom en suite. You can only get from outside to this closed gallery. The living / dining area with open, typical Mallorcan cuisine, has been decorated with love. The open fireplace in the living room invites you to cozy evenings! From 2017 there is also internet. Around the house you will find 80sqm terrace, with dining table and barbecue. The private pool has the dimensions 8mx4mx1,70m. A small but cozy finca to feel good!

In the middle of the island - calm, quiet and cosy. The owner was always available and could have helped in every aspect. We like it and may come back again.

Un petit paradis au fond d'une petite ruelle, un silence total, juste le bruit de la nature, un emplacement qui permet de se rendre partout sur l'ile en 45 minutes maxi, à 2 minutes de Petra, ville qu'il faut apprendre a connaitre mais on s'y attache facilement. Je recommande sans hésitation!!! La maison est très jolie, il y a deux chambres, une cuisine suffisament équipée, une salle de bain avec douche et une belle salle à mager, coin salon avec TV, WiFi. La terrasse est parfaite, face à la piscine, aucun vis à vis, on se sent chez nous. Il y a un barbecue mais une plancha aurait été idéale.

Toller Urlaub in einer gemütlichen Finca

Uns erwartete eine urgemütliche Finca mit kompletter Ausstattung. Ja, das 1,50 m breite Bett war für 2 Personen etwas klein, aber irgendwann hatte man sich dran gewöhnt. Um im Bett in der oberen Etage zu schlafen, war es viel zu heiß in dieser Zeit. Es fehlte in der Küche an nichts. Die Außenanlage war perfekt, der Pool auch. Leider stand uns die Klimaanlage im Haus nur für 2 Stunden am Tag zur Verfügung. Etwas kurz, da wir eine Außentemperatur von fast 40 Grad hatten. Wofür wohl niemand etwas kann, sind die Insekten. Von vielen Mücken mal ganz abgesehen, waren um und in dem Pool sehr sehr viele wespenartige Tiere (lt. Google Hornissen). Es muss ein Nest in der Nähe gewesen sein, so dass wir täglich nach toten ertrunkenen Tieren angeln mussten, da wir sonst keine Freude an dem so schönen Pool gehabt hätten. Einzig: Den Grill bzw. die Grills hätte man uns etwas "appetitlicher" überlassen können. Die Umgebung samt ihrer Ruhe war für uns ein Traum. Wir danken der Vermieterin sehr und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
