The staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was cold on arrival but warmed up once we turned the radiator on. However, in the morning the radiator was cold and would not warm up. The hot air system took the chill off the room. Parking was easy, and service when dining in the restaurant was very good. It was quiet, and we had a good nights sleep.

I was staying at your UK Peterborough hotel. I'm sorry but I've paid a lot of money to have work carried outside my door when I was working. I know maintenance has to happen but when I asked if they could come another time I was rudely greatest. Everything else was fine and stay was ok after that bit for the whole afternoon yesterday it was appalling.

A man staying in the room next door forced open a connecting door and entered my room at 1am causing me severe shock and upset and 9 hours after checking out I have still not been refunded or had any further contact at all from the hotel about compensation. Do not stay here.
