Restored Farmhouse with stunning river views, private pool and games room
An amazing, characterful 6 bed farmhouse, with pool, games room and stunning views along the Dordogne river. In a quiet location, with no near neighbours, the property is well maintained with all conveniences to make your stay fantastic.
The house has 6 bedrooms (3 double, 2 double plus single and one twin), 3 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite).
It has a fully equipped kitchen (new in 2022), a new large games room with pool table (converted in 2021), wii (and Playstation 3) and darts. It also has a large terrace with amazing views over the pool and river with gas BBQ.
Tables inside and on the large terrace outside seat 10 and 12 (respectively).
It has plates and glasses for use both inside and for the pool side.
And for those nights where it is less warm outside, we have a Blu Ray DVD player, a very extensive DVD collection, Sat TV, and log burning fires in both the main lounge and games room .
We'll even provide a bottle of wine from the attached vines for you to enjoy.

Restaurants can be found in Gensac, Pessac Sur Dordogne and St Foy la Grande. Great for cycling and walking. Canoe and cycle hire and all amenities available locally.

Wonderful!!
Had a lovely time with family and friends! The location is stunning! About 30 m from Saint Emilion. The house is spacious and cozy and the private pool is a boon! Host were very reposnive and communicative. We are already planning a trip back.

L'emplacement de la maison est magnifique au bord de la Dordogne !
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances avec nos enfants et petits-enfants ( 8 adultes et 6 enfants ).
La maison est grande et spacieuse et le jardin tout autant. La salle de jeux avec snooker et flechettes a été fort employé par grands et petits,
ainsi que la grande et belle piscine.
Comme la terrasse est très spacieuse nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas dehors.
Les propriétaires sont très réactifs.

Magnifique maison.Hyper bien équipée. Beaucoup d'espace.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances familiales (8adultes et 5enfants.) Tout cela dans une très belle région avec toutes les infos nécessaires a disposition. Propriétaire très réactif.

Super Week end du 1er Mai
La maison est accueillante et chaleureuse, au calme, avec une superbe vue sur la Dordogne.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille, les espaces, tant intérieur qu'extérieur, sont parfaits, la salle de jeux, avec snooker et flechettes a été très apprécié.
La terrasse extérieure et ses barbecues est très plaisante.
Nous recommandons chaudement cet hébergement.
