Convenient location to Douro Valley

Our check in host was very kind, enthusiastic to share her neighborhood. She had a great recommendation for dinner, food was good. Not a fancy area, stayed for 1 night and it was perfect. Working town with friendly people in the bakery and butcher shop.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment in pleasant garden accessed from road via steps. Parking available on the road outside the property ( mind car door on the high step to pavement). Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Lots of thought gone into providing guests with what they need on arrival, for example some dishwasher tablets, detergent, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea and a basic larder. Good sized towels. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice bottle of wine left by owner. Peaceful and quiet. We all slept well. Owner very attentive, checked all was ok, offered help several times and would undoubtably make self available if needed. Luis clearly wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Responded to enquires in good time and made a cot and additional baby equipment available. Will certainly have this apartment high in the list if returning to the area

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'appartement. Il est très bien équipé , confortable et tres propre. Très proche du centre et des commerces. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'espace vert entourant le petit immeuble.
