The farmhouse, dating back to the first half of the 1700s, is proposed by us for a single group of people and is divided into four apartments, communicating with each other only from the outside. Each of them has its own kitchenette. Farmhouse "Santa Margherita", 150 m a.s.l.. 4 apartments in the property. 2 km from the centre of Pescia, 30 km from the centre of Lucca, 65 km from the centre of Firenze, on top of a hill, 50 km from the sea. Private: property 1 ha, swimming pool (8 x 10 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue.
