The property accommodates a maximum of 7 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area, which is centred around an open-hearth fireplace and includes a dining table for shared meals. This floor also contains a bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm, as well as an open entrance hall fitted with a sofa bed. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dedicated dining table. A bathroom with a toilet completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and houses 2 additional bedrooms, one configured with 2 single beds and the other featuring a French bed of 150 cm.
