The Space:

We would like to remind you that it is mandatory to check-in online, prior to your arrival, by entering your data and documents via the Vikey service.



The software is a professional service that guarantees 100% of your privacy.

The procedure is very simple and only takes a few minutes. When you arrive, you do not have to take care of anything.



The online check-in is a prerequisite for you to be able to access the property on your arrival in total autonomy via the smart lock.





PRIVATE TERRACE:

The large private terrace has an area of approximately 25 square metres and extends to the living room side.

Facing west, it is overlooked by the living area and the kitchen, which are therefore particularly well-lit in the later hours of the day.

Equipped with every comfort, it can be shaded on three sides by the fabric sunshade curtains as well as the centuries-old pine trees. Comfortable 0-gravity loungers are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation accompanied by a wonderful soak in the heated whirlpool bath!



We would also like to remind you that the whirlpool is active every day from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.



After these times, the device will automatically switch off so as not to disturb the neighbours with the noise of the whirlpool in operation.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY:

in order to offer you a better service, for security and insurance reasons, we would like to inform you that video surveillance cameras are positioned on the outside terrace, which ONLY frame the area around the entrance gate to the terrace and the outside perimeter of the terrace, so as to discourage any intrusions from the outside.



IMPORTANT: The area where the Jacuzzi and the deckchair are located is NEVER framed to ensure 100% privacy.

INFINITY POOL (SHARED)

The residence's large pool (shared) is open seasonally from about mid-May to about the beginning of October (depending on weather conditions).

When in operation, the large pool will be available from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.



Our swimming pool is located in the side garden of the residence, which can also be accessed comfortably from the terrace.

It is set in a lovely, well-maintained lawn surrounded by hedges, where you can place your sun loungers and parasols. The sunbathing area around the pool is fenced off and equipped with life-saving devices and a sun shower.



The pool is approximately 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 90 cm to 160 cm.



It is open seasonally from about mid-May to about the end of September/beginning of October.





DOUBLE ROOM:

Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready for you to enjoy a restful and peaceful holiday!

Furnished in a modern, elegant style, it has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed.

In order to provide you with maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a handy mirrored wardrobe, with a chest of drawers and luggage storage area.



A recessed LED lighting system in the headboard and a designer central lamp with integrated ventilation fan create a unique atmosphere.



A 32" smart TV with "picture effect" for viewing from the bed and convenient USB sockets built into the perete for recharging your devices are all you will need to enjoy your evenings at Wolf House - Peschiera Holiday -

Our bunk bed room is the ideal environment for resting, studying and playing for

Wolf's little friends :-D!



Equipped with a fantastic bunk bed, with a ladder and protection on the side and for the upper bed, equipped with 2 comfortable drawers as well as an open chest of drawers where you can store your clothes, it directly overlooks the swimming pool with an enchanting view!



You will find traditional games as well as a fantastic PS4 console, ready for you to experience a dream holiday!



In order to optimise the space and services offered, we have also placed a very convenient "DRYER" inside a foldaway cabinet next to the bunk bed.



On request we can also provide a very comfortable cot for newborn babies.







LIVING AREA:

The living area is characterised by minimalist-style furnishings that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by a large fine- stre door facing the terrace that allows a glimpse of the greenery and the Mini SPA.



A very comfortable and high-quality Italian handcrafted 4-seater sofa, upholstered in powder grey fabric with an adjustable angle headboard, combined with 2 poufs that can be used as a peninsula, are placed in front of a 55" Samsung smart TV.



Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.

A DAIKIN split air conditioner or a convenient mosquito net in the French window will allow you to enjoy cool lunches and dinners without giving up the view!

The sanitary facilities consist of a comfortable, windowed bathroom, equipped with a glass shower cubicle with a large, modern shower head and convenient separate hand shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin with drawers and illuminated mirror.

The flat is equipped with a fantastic Smart-Lock that will allow you to enter and exit the flat with a simple click on your smartphone, forgetting about traditional keys!



High-speed Internet with fibre optics is provided by a modern Fritz box router!



Winter heating is controlled remotely via a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi thermostat, while cooling is guaranteed by a powerful Daikin air-conditioner!



AIR CONDITIONER:

The flat is equipped with a daikin air conditioner with a single split positioned in the hall, capable of cooling the entire flat.



In the summertime, the air conditioner allows the flat to reach a maximum temperature of about twenty degrees.



If the air conditioner is left on during the day, the coolness will quietly reach the bedrooms.

The master bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan embedded in the room's chandelier. We also provide two other portable fans that can better distribute the cool air from the air conditioner to the rooms in the house.



Guest Access:

All our accommodations are equipped with a SMART- LOCK lock that will allow you to comfortably access the flat in complete autonomy, without the need for traditional keys.



At the time of booking you will receive a message from the Vikey service through which you can check in online and also pay the tax directly, so you will have no more worries when you arrive!



Getting Around:

Wolf House Peschiera Holiday has private indoor parking (in a communal garage with reserved parking space) free of charge.



Outside the main gate there is also free outdoor parking for guests and free public parking.
