Mobilehome with air conditioning, terrace and pool

The mobilehome is furnished in a functional style. The property is located on a campsite. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for use: children's playground, terrace and garden furniture.


Holiday resort
reception (safe), 2 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, coffee shop, internet (WLAN) and laundry. The free WiFi covers around 80% of the complex. The reception is open from 8:00 to 22:00. The safe (free of charge) is located in reception (please note reception opening hours). There is a barbeque area on the premises, barbeques are only permitted there. The credit cards "Carta Si", "JCB" and "Maestro/EC" are also accepted. Daily visits by external persons are permitted from 8 am to 9 pm for a fee and with prior notification of the guests for reasons of privacy (costs 7.00 - 14.00 Euro/day/pers.)

On arrival, guests must be registered at reception and will receive an identification bracelet.

If persons other than those indicated on the voucher arrive, they must pay the daily rate for "additional persons", regardless of whether they arrive on the first day of their stay or later.


Location
Peschiera del Garda. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a enclosed plot. Peace and well-being surrounded by nature, directly on Lake Garda: the campsite is very close to the best parks in the area. It offers a variety of services to satisfy all needs (swimming pools, cookery school, entertainment & kids club), sports (water), a large green area with an equipped playground (also on sand). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. It is not possible to park the car directly at the mobile home. Customers must park in the central parking lot of the campsite. One parking space is included per booking. Additional parking spaces are available for a fee.


Special
air conditioning. The use of air conditioning and heating is included for 12 hours a day. If the air conditioning or heating is used for more than 12 hours a day, this costs €5.00 per day. Facilities: baby cot and high chair. TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early April to early September, 15 m x 25 m). Children's pool (10 m x 20 m). Swimming caps are required at the pool. The pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and sunbeds and parasols are available for a fee. There is pool animation from June 1st to August 31st. There is also a separate baby pool (10x20m).


Leisure
In the complex: table tennis, bike rental and boat rental. Animation for children. Canoes and paddle boats can be hired on the premises for a fee. Boccia and football can also be played for a fee. There are 2 boccia courts, a football pitch and a basketball court at the resort. Beach volleyball can be played free of charge. These services must be booked directly on site on arrival. The children's entertainment programme is for children aged 4 to 14. It is open approximately from 01/06 to 30/08 daily from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
