Your mobile home
Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 24 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your mobilehome can be heated with central heating. Air conditioning is included for 11 hours only. Any additional use costs €1.00 per hour and must be paid on site. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with dinette, TV and has access to a furnished terrace where you can eat and sunbathe. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), exhaust hood, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Holiday resort
National category 4 stars, reception (safe, currency exchange), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, café, internet (Wi-Fi), TV room, supermarket and laundry. The reception is open from 08:00 to 21:00. A night porter is available at night. Upon arrival, guests receive a wristband that must be worn during their stay. The "Carta Si" credit card is also accepted.


Location
Peschiera del Garda. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on an enclosed property. Del Garda Village and Camping is 200 m from Lake Garda and offers free parking. Del Garda is situated in a green pedestrian area, ideal for children's safety. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is an EV charging station on the property.


Special
Air conditioning, central heating. The air conditioning is included for only 11 hours. Any additional use costs €1.00 per hour and must be paid on site. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (12 m x 25 m). Children's pool. The children's pool is integrated into the outdoor pool. In the pool area, there are free sun loungers and umbrellas.


Leisure
In the complex: gym, tennis, table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children. There is also a beach volleyball court, a basketball court and a soccer field. These courts and also the tennis court must be booked on site in advance. There is a children's playroom in the complex. Children's entertainment is available from June 1st to September 10th.
