There is a bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony, a daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet and a bright living area with double sofa bed, TV, lake view and access to the balcony and a separate kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee machine Krups Lavazza (Vertuo Next) and cooking utensils. There is a dining area in the living area and a table with 4 chairs on the large balcony of the apartment. Car parking inside the complex free of charge.
