The Centofate villa with three bedrooms and double living room, enjoys a wonderful sea view from the garden and its terraces located on the upper levels. Right in front of the villa there is a direct descent to the exclusive Procenisco beach with organized umbrella service, bar and restaurant. The villa with air conditioning and Wi-Fi has all the comforts to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The presence of a large garden and terraces on various levels makes the villa the ideal place for a very pleasant stay in contact with nature and the sea. Through the adjacent residence it is possible to access some paid services: tennis court and swimming pool (cost apart). The villa has a ground floor with a garden. On the ground floor there is the TV room with sofas and the dining room, the kitchen also equipped with a dishwasher with direct access to the garden and a comfortable bathroom with shower. In the garden there are two areas: one furnished with a large table with chairs and masonry bench, protected by a splendid wooden canopy and another relaxation area where an umbrella, a sofa and 2 armchairs are positioned. In the garden there is also the shower room and a closet where the washing machine is located. On the first floor are located the three bedrooms and the second bathroom with bathtub and shower. The master bedroom has a splendid sea view from its private terrace equipped with chairs and table. The other two rooms can enjoy the outdoor terrace also with sea view. A very suggestive view can be enjoyed from the solarium to the top level from which it is possible to admire the wonderful bay of San Nicola.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms.
