The Centofate villa with three bedrooms and double living room, enjoys a wonderful sea view from the garden and its terraces located on the upper levels. Right in front of the villa there is a direct descent to the exclusive Procenisco beach with organized umbrella service, bar and restaurant. The master bedroom has a splendid sea view from its private terrace equipped with chairs and table. The other two rooms can enjoy the outdoor terrace also with sea view. A very suggestive view can be enjoyed from the solarium to the top level from which it is possible to admire the wonderful bay of San Nicola.
