Mai più Expedia.. Mai più Cocoon.

A parte la gentilezza dei POCHISSIMI impiegati, tutto da dimenticare.Dai letti, ai servizi, alla colazione, all'arredo, agli asciugamani rotti e macchiati da voltastomaco. Non vedevamo l'ora di andare via. Cosa che non abbiamo potuto fare perchè ,a quanto pare, Expedia dice di non applicare more e servizi non rimborsabili, ma in realtà avevano già prelevato l'intera cifra dalla mia carta due settimane prima del soggiorno e il gestore non è riuscito ad accontentarci (già dopo la prima notte avevamo chiesto di farne solo 3, anche per dare un preavviso a loro ... cosa che sinceramente la struttura e la gestione non meritano affatto). Avremmo pagato lo stesso il prezzo più alto dell'anno (assurdo per un 3 stelle che sembra una pensione a 1 stella) per tutte le notti. Mai più Expedia, e mai più al Cocoon.
