Great property. Great location. Very family friendly.

We had a great time here. We loved the pool area and the patio. Inside was a wonderful reprieve from the heat as the a/c worked great.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung Bruna. Es handelt sich um eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Klimaanlage, welche wir nicht benötigt haben, da es in den Räumen eher kühl war, obwohl es draußen heiß war. Das liegt auch daran, dass kaum Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung kam und daher fast immer elektrisches Licht angeschaltet werden musste. Die Küche war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Ferneseher im Wohnzimmer mit ausschließlich italienischen Sendern. Das Wlan ist sehr gut. Das absolute Highlight ist aber der tolle Garten mit Schattenplätzen, Liegen, Schirmen und einem großen Salzwasserpool. Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig und ländlich. Es gibt leider keine Fußgängerwege zum nächsten Ort. Man ist daher immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Toskana.

Saubere Anlage mit 3 Wohneinheiten und Pool

Das gesamte Anwesen macht einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Bad und Einrichtung des Apartments sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert und war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool, und auch er war sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war, dass über der Terrasse Schwalben genistet haben, die zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts gerade flügge geworden sind und sehr viel Dreck auf der Terrasse gemacht haben, obwohl vermieterseitig bereits viel dafür getan wurde, das zu vermeiden (die Schwalben stehen unter Naturschutz). Das Anwesen liegt etwas im Hinterland, bis zum Meer sind es etwa 30 Minuten, aber dadurch ist es auch sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt in der Nähe (2 Min. mit dem Auto). Die Managerin Cinzia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war die gesamte Abwicklung problemlos und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Rustige ligging

Heerlijke locatie, Even een week weg met gezin van volwassenen. Is wel allemaal wat ouder maar mag de sfeer niet drukke. Fijne ontvangst en hulp als er wat is. Koelkast ging stuk, werd zsm opgelost. Nieuwe erin. We hebben genoten. Lucca ligt binnen de 20 min Was heerlijk.

Für den Familienurlaub in der Toskana

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, in dem wir als Familie 12 Tage verbringen konnten. Die Wohnung "Bruna" ist schön eingerichtet und sehr angenehm aufgeteilt. Außenanlagen mit Pool, Whirlpool, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und diversen Spielangeboten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Dass zu jeder Wohnung ein eigener Außenbereich mit überdachtem Essplatz und ein Grill gehört, ist sehr gut. Innen macht sich die Klimaanlage bei den Schlafräumen sehr positiv bemerkbar. Die Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen und integrierten Fensterläden ausgestattet. Einzig die Matratzen geben Anlass zu Kritik, weil sie viel zu weich sind und man sie morgens mit Rückenschmerzen verlässt. Die Einbauküche mit Gasherd und Ofen ist schön und sauber. Eine nicht funktionierende Spülmaschine wurde sofort von einem Techniker repariert. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas großzügiger sein (mir fehlten z.B. Messbecher, Schneebesen) und eine Mikrowelle wäre das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Für die vor Ort vorhandene Filterkaffeemaschine ließen sich nirgends die passenden Filter kaufen. Im Bad gibt es ein Bidet und eine barrierefrei begehbare Dusche, bei der jedoch bei nassem Boden Vorsicht wegen Rutschgefahr geboten ist. WLAN steht über eine Außenantenne zur Verfügung, die im Wohnzimmer eine leidlich gute Abdeckung bringt. Die Schlafräume sind eher nicht mit Internet versorgt. Fernsehen funktioniert über Satellit, wobei deutsche Kanäle nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Das abgeschlossene Gelände verfügt über 4 überdachte Parkplätze. Die nähere Umgebung bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas: Berge zum Wandern, die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana (Lucca ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar), das Meer in ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt. Cinzia, die überaus freundliche Managerin, hat gute Tipps parat und verschenkt durchaus auch mal freien Eintritt zu einem der vielen "Bagni" an der Küste. Wer das Haus aus Richtung Deutschland über Milano, Parma und La Spezia anfährt, dem sei ans Herz gelegt, abweichend von der Google-Navigation die letzten Kilometer nicht über das äußerst kurvige Sträßchen von Massarosa, sondern von Viareggio aus über Camaiore zu fahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa di Meo sehr genossen und können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
