Will Reception were helpful and efficient, the remainder of the hotel did not warrant its 4* rating. Service in the restaurant was slow. On all but the final evening the plates of meat were delivered to each table in our group before any potatoes or other side dishes were served. Consequently people were halfway through eating their main dish (luke-warm and served on cold plates) before potatoes were served. My partner and I had a twin bedded room and her bed tipped over if she reached out for something on the bedside table. A maintenance decided that the problem was just that the feet of the bed were inset from the sides and he could do nothing about it.
I was with the family for one night as an intermediate trip. Disappointing, structure antiquated and dirty although central. My bed broke as soon as I leaned. The hotel staff was great but honestly I would not recommend to other guests.
Family sized room not too bad and reasonaly adequate nice to find a minibar, but no tea making facility bathroom was narrow and quite awkward to use, was not in a good state of repair (duct tape covering holes on the side of the bath) aircon was very noisy on high setting. med to low was not too noisy and we could sleep through it Pool was not too bad and breakfast was OK. Staff were very nice
I arrived to be told my reservation had been cancelled and the hotel was full. After much stress they reluctantly acknowledged that the fault was theirs, as they had tried to used a cancelled credit card to take prior payment, rather than the new one which I had provided and against which they had in fact done the one euro validity check. The first room they gave me had some unacceptably noisy machinery over the ceiling. The room I ended up in was fine, although the shower room was too narrow to swing a cat or flick a towel. Not an experience I will be repeating
Pretty neat hotel at a very good location in Pesaro, near the promenade. A bit old but very clean and with standard 4-star hotel comforts. Decent breakfast but not very fast serving/re-filling. All personnel very kind and helpful.
Very nice hotel with great allocation! Less than 100 m to the beach, cute city centre. Vacation place for italians. Locals not very good in english, but you make yourself understood. Cleaning service very quick, free wifi, though a very expensive restaurant located at their sister hotel Vittoria right down the street.
I booked by booking.com taking advantage of an offer for a dream room valued 640 euros with a 86% discount. When I reached there and seen my room I've been quite disappointed finding out that the room and everything it contained was from '60. Old moquette, smelly, malfunctioning air conditioning, dark place. I asked if they where sure that the assigned me the 640 euro discounted room and thy replied that there are no 640 euros room there but it was booking.com fault to cheat on prices and offers. I called booking to ask a refund, they did not help and and said that it was the hotel to cheat on offers and that they are free to sell their rooms to whatever price they want. Disappointed.
Awful and not what we saw in the pictures we looked at beforehand. Nothing, and I mean nothing has been upgraded here since build year. Aircon just humming but does not do anything. When we complained they dug their heels in and insisted we pay for the two full days we booked. This is a 4 star hotel. Someone is pulling your leg and then some....Could not be more disappointed.
Nice spot but parking is an extra 12 euros/day on top of room even if you show them the promised free parking from the booking website! Street parking is packed so you're forced into paying them😤😤 Good location for beach and restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms are good size, clean and well kept
The hotel is at a very good location, near to the beacj, near to the ols city. The breakfast is so so, big selection but not as good as you think at your first sight. The room is small, and it is hardly comfortable. The bathroom is also needs an upgrade. The staff is very friendly.
