A beautiful house, in one of the most charming neighborhoods in the city. It has a great neighborhood and is completely renovated, being very sunny and ventilated! There are three bedrooms with closets and box-beds, fans and air conditioning. The house has two entrances for cars on the same land and has security items to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is 700 m from the beach and 300 m from the main avenue, 800 m from bowling and restaurants and markets! The center is 4km away.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
