A nice spot on the northern edge of the city

We stayed at Casa Mancia for one night, while walking on the Via Di Francisco. It's a nice hotel, beds were comfortable, it was clean, bathroom was nice. We had a simple, but tasty (nice cakes) breakfast in price. I'd say it's a nice place to stay especially if you've got a car. For us - it was a bit far from the city centre (over 20 mins by foot), but still we were happy with our stay in all regards.

My family used it and we were satisfied with the overall cleanliness and the ability to control the heating. The hotel's location is good and breakfast is included for the reasonable price, so it is recommended for families.

Property is lovely with a nice restaurant serving dinner. A car is needed to see some of the beautiful towns nearby... Spoleto, Todi, Foligno, Spello etc.

Lovely big bedroom

A great little hotel. Very quiet apart from the occasional barking dog (no fault of the hotel). For a three star the bedroom was huge with a seating area, plenty of lighting and a very comfy bed which was changed every day with beautiful fresh linen. Good shower. Could have used some more wardrobe space but other than that really good. Helpful reception staff. Great buffet breakfast. Swimming pool dirty so didn't use but other than that couldn't fault this hotel.

Reception area had heavy cigarette smell and is right next to breakfast area. Failed to have the rooms we had booked and was offered room in bell tower where i would have felt like Quasimodo. All four of us ended in one room with only 1 bathroom. It was just one night so we survived. Toilet in our room seemed not be working 100 percent after flushing.
