Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly, historical and romantic accomodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard. Solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas, sofas and tables with chairs

Location
Perugia, district Perugia, 220 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a hotel complex, on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The garden is shared with other guests and there is a solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds, seating and tables. In front of the holiday home there is a small garden with shrubs and aromatic plants The cottage is set in a private garden and in an 18th century building Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (2 km). The parking is completely fenced and private. There is no guarantee that parking spaces will be available. If the parking space is not available, it will not be possible to park the car near the accommodation

air conditioning, central heating (gas). Facilities: baby cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via antenna, electric wire. The accommodation is set up allergy-free and has hypoallergenic pillows.
