Cavour apartment in a quiet area in the center of Perugia

The apartment overlooks Corso Cavour, one of the most beautiful and quiet streets of Perugia. It consists of a large living room with sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and microwave. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, one larger with a double bed and the other smaller with a double sofa bed, equipped with desks and blankets. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, towels and shower gel. There is also a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and sink. The area is well-stocked: there are restaurants, bars, pizzerias and a supermarket. Once you have parked your car, you can walk around it, given its proximity to the major attractions of the city.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
