Patrick was readily available for questions and information. He was very pleasant in all our communications. The house was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of well appointed space. Our group had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities. The house location was convenient to several mountains and the lively town of Manchester. I would definitely stay there again.

This house is gorgeous and perfect for a large group. There are spacious living areas and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Peru is located close to Manchester which has a ton to offer. Would definitely vacation here again!

We had an unforgettable time at this house in Peru. We had 4 families and there was so much room. We ranged from 8-55 and we were all happy with the accommodations and amenities. The gym and sauna was amazing along with the basement filled with a pool table and air hockey. The adults enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it snowed outside. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy and we all felt right at home. Communication with the owner and caretaker was super easy and they got back to us within moments. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to ski Okemo, Bromley, Stratton, or Magic. We cant wait to go back and see it in the summer time.

Family lake vacation perfection

What a lovely surprise this lake was! We knew it was swimmable from the post/owner but it was even better than we could have expected to swim, float and paddle/kayak. We spent as much time as the sun would allow on the lake and in the evenings could fit all12 of us comfortably around the fire pit for smore's and to watch for shooting stars - the sky looks as big as Montana in the dark with so little surrounding light. The hot tub was great for the chilly nights. The house was really well stocked with toiletries and appliances. Not having to bring sheets and towels was amazing. Recommendations: 1. Stratton Mountain group gondola tickets with packed coolers for lunch and then easy all ages hike to climb the fire tower at the top. (we just left our coolers by the picnic tables) 2. If you have younger kids, highly recommend splurging for the full day at Bromley Action Park. 3. Stratton yoga on Sat/Sun mornings on the top of the mountain. 4. We had a private yoga instructor come to the house two mornings for family yoga. 5. Private dining room at Johnny Seesaws for Thurs night Prime Rib night. 6. JJ Hapgoods for pizza and to sit outside with games 7. Grandma Miller's Pies & Pastries and coffee shops in Londonderry *Note: House sleeps PLENTY - if you are planning specific bedrooms for kids, one photo shows a room with a bunk bed and then a twin next to it - this room no longer has a bunk bed, just the two twins so go by description of rooms listed and not the photos.

Great Swimming and Family Time

Such a comfortable home and property! It was the perfect place to celebrate the 4th with family and friends. Loved the private pond that was delightful for swimming. Teenagers enjoyed the games and hot tub. Patrick, the host, responded quickly to texts and was very helpful. We definitely want to come back!

Home away from home!

Everything we could ask for & a beautiful view! Just as pictured! We stayed with our kids & 4 grandkids (ages 6 mo to 3 years old) & none of us wanted to go home! Conveniently located with a short drive to restaurants & shopping. Arrived at the perfect time to see all the beautiful fall colors! Would definitely rent again! Family Birthday Celebration

We had lovely time at the property. We celebrated a special birthday with eleven adults and five children, had s'mores at the fire pit and a dance party in the basement area. Young adults liked being able to work out and the infrared sauna was wonderful! We paddle boarded and kayaked around in the lake/pond. Great place for a reunion!

Wonderful property, fantastic host, didn't want to leave.

This house is georgous is all I can say. It is huge to accommodate lots of people to be comfortable. It has everything you need to make a vacation tremendous and the host was super responsibe. I can't say enough about this property and host. I will definitely return. Our group of 11 loved it.

Great place to be with family

The house was great, all the amenities were as described (plus an extra kayak and a treadmill!). We enjoyed the lake, the fire pit, grills, hot tub especially, the large kitchen, etc. Having room for everyone was great. We could have used a couple of extra chairs in the dining room and some additional hand towels and utensils but overall we had a great vacation.

Great summer getaway

This house comfortably fit our family of 12 people which included kids, adults, and grandparents. Kayaking on the pond was lots of fun especially for this kids, and they also loved making s'mores at the fire pit. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The location is also great...minutes away from Bromley mountain (kids loved the Alpine slide and treetop adventures). It's also close to Manchester where our family did a lot of shopping. The owner (Patrick) was friendly and prompt in his responses to any questions. He also provided a great list of local activities to consider. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!

Fun summer getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house is spacious and easily handled our family of 10. The variety of equipment provided delighted the kids, especially the hot tub. Patrick was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. The lake is private and peaceful which we found attractive and well-suited to the kids. Adults seeking longer kayak outings might prefer a larger lake.

Family Getaway

This whole weekend was perfect and so much of it had to do with this house! There were 12 of us and it was so spacious and everyone was able to have their own room and space. It was cozy and clean and was in such a beautiful setting. Pat was very communicative and helpful and welcoming. We would absolutely rent again!

family vacation

This was a perfect place for our families to spend a summer week. The house was big enough for the 10 of us, even though we had to move some chairs around to fit us all at the same table. Patrick answered all my questions before the trip, checked in a couple of times (via text) during our stay to make sure all was ok and there was someone in the area to contact should we have needed anything. This was one of the best stocked houses I have rented - plenty of tableware and cooking items, paper towels, TP, soap and shampoo, towels and blankets. The small lake was a wonderful to kayak in the provided kayaks. Loved cooking s'mores around the fire pit, several of us used the in home gym, the basement refrig was nice for beverage overflow and the hot tub was an added bonus! Would consider renting this property again if we find ourselves up that way. Great location to several mountains for skiing in the winter!

Great Stay - would recommend

My friends and I loved staying in Peru. There's a lot to do in the surrounding towns and Pat's house was great. It has an awesome hot tub and a great fire pit area. The house was clean and Pat was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway

We had a fabulous weekend enjoying the house and all of its amenities. Cooked group meals in large kitchen first night. Local restaurant on our next evening. Hiked the local trails. Kayaked in the pond. Then enjoyed hot tub under the stars. Would definitely go back.

Great house and excellent location

We had a great trip to Peru. Patrick’s house is beautiful with tons of space for the group to hang out and enjoy the view. We loved taking advantage of the hot tub and lakeside fire pit. The house is located close to many cute towns In the area with shopping and restaurants to enjoy. Would definitely visit again!
