Parking was straightforward, spacious and secure. The property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot with good water pressure and the dual showerheads were great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee/milk. Location was convenient - plenty of restaurants and the train station all in walking distance, and close to the city. Quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. The pool/snooker table was fun. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked clean and we would definitely use it on a hot day. Only one small complaint would be that the tea kettle had lots of rust inside it so we didn't use it. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Perth.
