Sometimes we enjoy doing things on the cheap (who doesn't :-) ). We have been to Peppers before and went there again yesterday, arriving 16.55 to a quite empty restaurant we were ready for Happy Hour to start 17.00 and go on for one hour. Happy hour gives us house beer and wine for $6 a glass, three tapas plates for $20. The tapas plates we had (unfortunately they were out of Halloumi which seems a bit odd since you just have to walk up to Coles and get some): Chorizo, Chicken skewers, bread with oil and Dukkha, Ravioli...all pretty decent servings very well prepared. So come 18.00 we paid $24 for two drinks each and $40 for two rounds of Tapas, not too shabby for a Tuesday eve!
We stayed here for four nights and could not fault this hotel, apart from a minor miscommunication with housekeeping. The room was lovely and quiet and we were here for business so it was perfect location. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Huge shout-out to Fabio in the Stage bar and kitchen as his service was amazing and he is a true asset to your hotel. Location of hotel is close to train/ bus and easy for Uber pickup and drop off. Only suggestion I have is to ask housemaid to mark off mastersheet if a guest asks for no service. On second last day I mentioned to housemaid we would not need a service only some shampoo which she gave me- telling me to leave Do not Disturb on door. When we returned that afternoon there was a note under door from Fabian asking when the service could be rescheduled. Having worked in hotels I feel a mastersheet would be better communication.
Stayed over the weekend and glad I did. I’ve been to many hotels over my time but this hotel goes the extra mile from the friendly service and being greeted warmly at check in to the spacious room which are total clean fresh and very relaxing. The en-suite was very clean and the rooms immaculate. We had views that overlooked Wellington Street and you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Breakfast was magnificent and fresh. Next time I’m staying in Perth this is the place that’ll I’ll be staying in. Should be 5 star.
The Location of Peppers Kings Square is quiet and yet very convenient in terms of all modes of transport and access to CBD (all within walking distance). We took the train to Freementle, Kings Park is only a short bus ride (free bus within certain zone). The room is clean, quiet, light, spacious, comfortable and well appointed with nice shower and amenities. The cafe on the ground floor of the Hotel is delightful and food is nice. Staff are warm, helpful and efficient, we arrived earlier than the official check-in time and the Front Office was most helpful in offering us a room. We can definitely recommend Peppers Kings Square when visiting Perth.
My stay at Peppers was perfect. Rooms were quiet, soundproofed, comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. The shower had a rain head and it was lovely. Staff are friendly and professional. I’m staying here from now on every time I come to Perth. It’s a few minutes walking distance to CBD to shops, cafes, convenience stores.
Stayed for a night while we attended a concert at RAC Arena - perfect location. Easy to have the car valet parked. The room was very clean and modern, we were at the back of the hotel so very quiet. Staff very pleasant and helpful and can highly recommend the bar downstairs for a drink and snacks - we ended up staying for dinner before going out later that night. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - so much choice. Will stay here again
The room was delightful, featuring modern stylish decor, eco-friendly toiletries, high end appliances, and a very comfortable king bed. The service was five stars with staff going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.
Great find! I booked a week here while on a business trip to Perth purely based on the good reviews here on Trip Advisor. I wasn't disappointed. Staff on front desk were fantastic and very helpful. My room was large, well equipped and very clean. Ate breakfast here everyday and loved it. Nice cafe style setting with wonderful service (special thanks to Tharla). Also ate here once in the evening. Had the lamb shank which I can fully recommend. All in all a super place to stay in a perfect location. If I'm ever back in Perth I'll be returning here.
Stayed for 2 nights everything was neat clean and well looked after, room staff supplied extra tea & coffee that we asked for, evening meal in the restaurant hit the spot with great sevice too. Close shops, cafe's easy walt to city centre or Watertown. Grat location was very quiet.
