Free WiFi for guests who are not part of the membership program would be appreciated, other than that, everything was very good. Rooms were very nice and service was excellent both at reception and room service.

Apartment is clean and comfortable. Very near to Perth train station and bus port, close proximity to shopping area and supermarkets. Near to many dining places nearby, some are even open for 24hours.

Quite a poky room with no outlook. Restaurant not open that night. Could have been a lot better. Staff were friendly enough. Some more than others. Room was clean but felt confined as there was no outlook. No prices for the mini bar and not sure if the surcharge for room service was noted .

I spent two nights at this hotel. The first room had a toilet that was broken - but I was moved to another room the next day. Overall it was a nice room with modern fittings and a comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Hotel location great breakfast great rooms under impressed , air conditioner extremely noisy having to turn off then wake up cold to turn back on for little while but could not stand the noise. Disappointed that the bar closed at 8pm for patrons and no smoking area provide and having to smoke in the street. Kind regards

It was a lovely comfy hotel with nice amenities but it sits almost directly next to Capitol Nightclub... If you like being jolted awake by loud music and boisterous drunks at 1 am this is the place for you... and this was on the 6th floor!! Glad I wasn't on the lower levels! Also our bed sheets had what looked like poo stains all over them... Wasn't very nice to find! Breakfast was lovely and the reception staff were friendly.

Everything was perfect. Great central location, plenty of places to eat and pubs. Will make it my usual place to stay on the rare occassions I get down to Perth. There was a great variety at breakfast and the room service menu was extensive enough and the food of very high quality and good serves too. I will be back

Great stay and very comfortable and clean room. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and kitchenette. Just need to fix the flush button on the toilet in room 219 as it is broken. Toilet still flushes but you have to jiggle the button to get it to line up. Otherwise great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff were very pleasant and rooms were good and enjoyed stay. I would recommend to others. Breakfast there is fantastic with plenty of variety. Only downfall not a lot of variety in drinks at the bar.

Let me start with a positive, great central location. My recent experience wasn't the best. Central heating was far too warm, I would describe it best as hot and stuffy. There is no need to have the general temperature throughout the establishment any warmer than 22 degrees. I had to run the noisy in-room Air Conditioning unit at 18 degrees on COOL just so I could try and get some sleep. You could literally lay and sun bake in the corridors and elevators at the current temperature being produced by the central heating. Suggestion, for appropriate locations in the hotel use a Bio Fuel fire place(s) to create ambiance and draw guests and visitors into special hotel areas like the bar, lounge or restaurant. I couldn't a business meeting at the hotel with my new client because there was no way I could keep my sports coat on. For business guests (well the room I was in) had no desk, unless you wish to use a wall mounted half kitchen/dining room table as your in-room workspace. The overall room interior design wasn't inspiring to say the least. Mini bar is only stocked at commencement and end of your stay??? Why??? Do your guests only want to spend limited amounts of money on these convenience products? Isn’t this reducing the hotels revenue opportunities? Suggestion, maybe an external professional audit may highlight these and many other easily addressed issues that would have phenomenal positive effect on guest stay experience and consequently the profitability of the hotel.
