Very spacious and welcoming with courtesy supplies. Very comfortable beds. Great location. However only superficially magnificent and surroundings were neglected. We were given inconsistent information (e.g. check out time). The owner broke our verbal contract (email agreement for our booking) by subsequently raising the agreed amount to be paid in cash on arrival - not legal under the Fair Trading Act and Australian Consumer Law.

Beautiful home and gracious host

The house was beautifully laid out, very neat and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Joyce is a gracious hosr. The kids had much fun playing on the Playstation every night. We were, unfortunately, caught off guard without hot water due to an unprecedented storm that blew off the gas heater. Being a Sunday night theres no handy man available. Otherwise it will be full marks all the way!
