This one-bedroom Penthouse apartment in the Centre of Fremantle is one of a kind.
Experience to be on top of the world! Enjoy the views, from your balcony, overlooking the Fremantle Harbour with colourful containers and passenger ships passing by.

This Apartment consists of 1 bedroom with comfortable Queen size mattress. There is a lounge with sofa and TV/Video Player, as well as, a well-equipped kitchen with a seating area. Walking distance to all shopping and eateries. All in all, a great place to stay.

Baby cot and high chair available for an extra charge.

There is also a free secure parking permit included in the price for your convenience. There is wifi available, but it`s not unlimited!

Due to recent changes, we are now flexible with longer stays please enquire for further information.

Important:- A Security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.

This is a commission / council estate

I paid a lot of money to stay here for 2 weeks in December. The area is very dodgy, many people screaming drunk and fights in the street. The council estate where this flat is located is also very dodgy. The owner let themselves into the flat when I was there one morning, they said the booking agent does not communicate bookings with them which sounds a little shady. Also the booking agent wanted to do DIY repair work when I was there but did not offer anything in return to me as way of compensation for the inconvenience, so I declined. The booking agent would not allow me to receive postal letters to the commission (council flat). I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

Fremantle Penthouse ??

The unit was clean , but cramped. It is well situated , close to everything. The appliances are dated , the air con in particular, with extension cords etc around the floors , and the sun room verandah has been enclosed ! for some reason. The other top floor units in the building haven’t been and they enjoy fresh air and better access to the excellent views. We also had the remains of one toilet roll for our 3 night stay, and other essential bathroom supplies were lacking. The Property Manager was helpful and accommodating in allowing us a later check out. The Building Manager in the office across from the building laundromat not so helpful.

Could not stay at that apartment.. 9th floor..1100mm wide external walkway to feature was extremely flighting...suffered with vertigo Could not look over edge or even walk along ..to frightening... Also so easy to fall over balustrade...and die.was only 900mm high.
