Found a spider under my pillow. Poor lighting in the facility. Except they provide free shuttle to airport everything else is terrible.
Great location close to Perth City and 5 mins from domestic and international airport. I had called reception about a minor problem with the wifi and he quickly had sorted it out and had kept me very informed. 5 star hotel service.

Dear Ms. Anitha Kosaraju, Thank you for staying with us. Your reservation was made on the 23rd March 2018 (52 days ago from the U.S.) You telephoned us hours before arrival, and requested a cancellation. You then arrived at reception and demanded a cancellation and full refund. When we respectfully reminded you (yet again) of our cancellation policy, you decided to stay with us, returning not much later to inform of a spider “on” your pillow, to which we responded by moving you to yet another apartment. However, you now claim that you found a spider “under” your pillow. We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by a spider being either “on” or “under” your pillow, if this has indeed been the case. Our pest control specialists have inspected both apartments and certify that no pests of any nature were found in any of the apartments you were allocated. We look forward to welcoming you again.
