Location not bad, about a 15 min walk to Barrack st, waterfront precinct and Mall’s. Mismatch of crockery and utensils, no fan for cooking and can’t vent room if you do. Remember to take long charging cables otherwise items are on the floor. Toilet is located next to the sink where you do you dishes, clean teeth and shower, not our cup of tea as to us that isn’t hygienic. Not sure we would stay in that room again.

Fantastic Gem in the CBD
Really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent and it had everything I needed. Very clean and a very comfy bed. I felt very safe. Recommend this place and I would stay again.
This studio apartment is quite small. At first glance, I was disappointed. But over the next few days I realised it offered everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, which is very important to me. And with a comfy sofa, TV and a couple of other chairs, our children were able to come around and sit comfortably.
The bathroom was clean and in working order. The good quality washing machine is located here, with a drying rack available. The owner even supplied shampoo/conditioner and other useful products.
The kitchen is compact and includes all the basics - kettle, toaster, microwave and also an electric hob. I didn't cook on it. But it is there! The owner also included tea, coffee, sugar and starter milk and salt, pepper, etc.
And in 40 degree heat - the airconditioner cooled beautifully.
Great location. Very near to the CBD which we walked into daily to enjoy restaurants and Christmas lights and markets.
